PLAN BREAKDOWNS 


THE CORRECT PLAN FOR YOUR BUSINESS MAKES THE CHOICE EASY. 

A service level agreement (SLA) is an important tool that can make managing and maintaining an audio, video, and lighting system more efficient and cost effective. Below are the specifics and features of each plan. 

SILVER
Included is a 25% discount on equipment repair or replacement, 25% savings on labor charges, 25% off programming cost, no drive time charges*, and all equipment repairs currently under manufacturers' warranties are covered. Shipping costs are passed on directly.
GOLD
The Gold plan includes annual software maintenance for the latest firmware updates, annual maintenance for filters, alignment and cleanings, all labor covered during normal working hours for four (4) service calls, and a technician onsite within 24 hours. The Gold plan also includes up to four (4) hours of end-user training. This can be used for new operators or an advanced class for your experienced operators. Any additional service needs beyond the program will enjoy all benefits of the Silver plan as stated above.
PLATINUM
The Platinum plan is our most comprehensive program providing piece-of-mind for your critical audio, video, and lighting systems. In addition to the benefits of the Gold plan, you will receive a (4) hour on-site window and unlimited service calls. This program’s pricing is based on your systems features, use, and complexity. Your system will be evaluated for functionality and an inventory taken of all equipment on site. After a full assessment is made, a personalized quote is developed to specifically address your organizations requirements.

*Areas outside Dallas and Tarrant County will be subject to trip charges.
